From fabric to finished. One connected factory.
VasanERP connects orders, fabric, cutting, the shop floor, stores, attendance and payroll, so every metre, every piece and every rupee is tied to an order you can see.
- 22 modules. License only what you run
- In daily use on a garment factory floor
- Cloud or your own server

Order Status Board
Illustrative screen · sample data
Your factory runs on registers, Excel
and phone calls. It doesn’t have to.
Generic software doesn’t know what a taga, a lay or a bundle is, so the real work stays on paper. VasanERP is built around it.
Without VasanERP
- Order status from phone calls to the floor
- Fabric rolls in a register; cut tagas still look available
- Tally sheets retyped into Excel for wages
- Delivery dates promised from experience
- Attendance app, payroll package and Excel in between
With VasanERP
- Every open order at its live stage on one board
- Free metres per roll, calculated from lays and reservations
- Output captured once; wages and progress follow
- Days to complete and the bottleneck, before you commit
- Gate punch to bank-ready payslip in one record
Every step hands its work to the next.
Enter it once, where it happens. The store, the floor, the office and the owner all see the same numbers.

Status Board to delivery
Everything a garment or textile unit runs on.
Each module works on its own and is designed to hand work to the next. Start where the pain is greatest and add the rest as you grow.

Tasks, transport, reports and the AI assistant.
Every metre accounted for.
Rolls and tagas come in against the challan, pass QC and are reserved to orders. Each cutting lay is reconciled against the roll it used, so free fabric is always calculated, never typed. Client fabric stays reconciled but never becomes your cost.

Capture once. Pay correctly.
Supervisors capture output by worker, operation and bundle. Bundles move departments, order progress updates and piece-rate wages accrue from the same entry. With face attendance and statutory payroll, the payslip traces back to the gate and the bundle.

Built for the factory, not for a trading desk.
Most ERPs were designed to buy and sell. VasanERP was designed on a garment floor, around how cloth actually becomes product.
Speaks garment, not generic
Tagas, lays, markers, bundles, warp sets and beams are first-class records, not custom fields bolted onto a trading ERP.
Job work handled correctly
Client fabric and yarn are reconciled to the metre and the kilo but never counted as your stock or your cost.
Captured once, used everywhere
One floor entry drives order progress, piece-rate wages, bundle movement and order cost.
Delivery dates you can keep
The estimator calculates days, bottlenecks and booked capacity before you commit to a buyer.
Gate to payslip in one system
Face attendance, overtime, piece rate, PF / ESI and the payslip share one record. No exports between apps.
Pay only for what you run
License the modules you need. Turn more on later instantly, with no data migration.
How VasanERP compares.
Category comparison based on typical setups we see in Indian garment and textile units. Individual products vary.
| What you need | Registers & Excel | Generic ERP | Accounting software | VasanERP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where is my order? | Phone calls to the floor | Sales order status only | Light on production stages | Status Board: every order at its live stage with overdue flags |
| Fabric by roll / taga | Roll count in a register | Generic lots, customised | Quantity only | Metres per roll: received − cut − reserved, calculated |
| Client-owned fabric & yarn | Mixed with own stock | Needs customisation | Kept off the books | Tracked by roll and order, never counted as your cost |
| Markers, lays & bundles | By hand | Usually not available | Not available | Marker calculator, lay register and automatic bundles |
| Piece-rate wages from output | Tally sheets retyped | Separate payroll add-on | Manual entry | Straight from floor capture, traced to bundle and operation |
| Delivery date promises | From experience | Planning module, heavy setup | Not available | Estimator with bottleneck and current queue |
Serious software. Simple to live with.
The foundations every module shares, from the gate to the owner’s phone.
An app on every phone
Installs from the browser on Android and iPhone. No app store, no per-phone licence, updates by itself.
Maker–checker built in
Nobody approves their own punches, corrections, leave, claims or pay runs.
Full audit trail
Production logs are append-only, posted documents are locked and closed months stay closed.
Several companies, one login
Run sister units as separate companies with their own data, codes and reports.
Your own private instance
A dedicated instance and database per client, on our cloud or your own server.
Excel onboarding
One workbook brings in products, fabrics, workers, clients and rates, so you go live faster.
Alerts where you are
Telegram task alerts, morning HR emails and WhatsApp trip sheets.

Who is VasanERP for?
Garment manufacturers, job-work units, knitting and dyeing units, weaving mills and grey traders, plus any factory that needs attendance and payroll. Modules are chosen to fit the way your unit actually works.
Can we start with only a few modules?
Yes. Every unit licenses only the modules it runs. Required foundations are included, and more modules can be switched on later instantly, with no data migration.
Does it handle customer-owned fabric and yarn?
Yes. Client fabric and yarn are tracked by roll, lot and order and reconciled against cutting and waste, but they never become your stock value or your cost.
Do we need barcode scanners or new hardware?
No. Output can be entered by a supervisor or by typing a short bundle code; QR scanning is optional. For attendance, VasanERP works with ZKTeco / eSSL face terminals you may already own, or with any Android tablet as a face kiosk.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. VasanERP installs from the browser on Android and iPhone and opens full screen from its own icon, with no app store. Employees get their own page for attendance, leave and payslips, and drivers get a trip app that works without signal.
Is it cloud or on-premise?
Both. Every client gets a dedicated instance and database, hosted by us or on your own server, with an annual maintenance contract either way.
Will it replace our accounting software?
It does not have to. VasanERP runs the factory: orders, stock, production, wages and payroll. Your existing accounting software can continue to keep the books and issue tax invoices.
How long does implementation take?
A typical garment unit goes live module by module in about six weeks; attendance and payroll in about four, with the first pay run in parallel with your current process. Masters come in through one Excel workbook.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the modules, number of companies and users, hosting choice and implementation scope. Request a quotation and we will send a proposal tailored to your unit.
See your own order run through VasanERP.
Bring one running order. We will walk it through the system, fabric to floor to payslip, and scope the modules your unit needs.
