How this website handles what you send through its enquiry, demo and quotation forms.

What you submit
The forms collect your name, company, email, and optionally phone, city, business type, the modules you are interested in and the requirements you choose to share. Quotation requests can also include users, employees, units, hosting and timeline. Please do not include employee records, passwords or confidential customer data.
How it is used
The VasanERP team uses this information only to respond to your request: to contact you, prepare a demonstration or quotation, or discuss a feature you registered interest in. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Each submission is emailed to the VasanERP sales inbox through our Google Workspace mail service (mail.vasanerp.com), and a confirmation with your reference is emailed to the address you gave. Privacy requests receive no automatic confirmation.
Storage and access
The website is hosted on Netlify. Submissions are stored in the site’s private Netlify storage and in the sales inbox, accessible only to authorised VasanERP staff. The public website offers no way to list enquiries.
Abuse protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving “I am human” check, together with validation, a hidden spam field and submission limits. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum. A hashed network identifier is kept for rate limiting. Enquiry records do not keep your raw IP address.
Access, correction or deletion
Use the contact form and choose “Make a privacy request”, or write to hello@mail.vasanerp.com. Include your reference if you have one; we may verify the email address used for the original request.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Unsent form values stay in your browser page’s memory only. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs to operate the service.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask for deletion at any time.
